Early dental disease

This radiograph shows apical elongation and increased curvature of the upper incisors. Their apices are compressing the nasolacrimal duct. The cheek teeth are still growing, which is evident from the open pulp cavities. The normal zigzag line of the occlusal surfaces is lost. The crowns of the teeth are not long and do not need shortening.
