Woody nightshade (Bittersweet) leaves

Woody nightshade or Bittersweet leaves of this plant are not easily identifiable but there is usually a flower somewhere on the plant that makes the identity certain. It is a climbing plant that can be found in woodland and hedges. The berries are poisonous. It is unlikely that rabbits will eat the leaves but if they do, they are unlikely to be toxic. It is a plant that is used by herbalists.
